It is easy to choose to eat well when good food is so easily accessible. In this session, we will use what we learned in the last 3 classes to put it all together. Learn how to plan, shop and prep easy nourishing meals to enjoy all week.
The following classes are offered individually but are organized sequentially to prepare you for the Meal Prep Class. Ideally, you will be able to participate in all 4 classes, but we invite you to join us for any individual class that interests you. If you register for all 4 classes, you will take home portions of everything we make in each class to get your healthy pantry started.
