The Grow Lab
A collaboration between The Synthesis Center of St. Mary's, Chesapeake Public Charter School and The Real Food Studio, the Grow Lab provides a unique opportunity for students to explore the connections between nature and their own bodies through gardening, exploring the woods, cooking and juicing.
Grow
This 2020 homeschool group got an up close and personal look at the life cycle of our most nourishing food: planting, growing, harvesting, juicing, composting.
Create
Our 2021 skills recovery camp was a sensory exploration of nourishing the earth and our bodies with fun, interactive activities in the garden, classroom and the kitchen.
Experience
It is never too late to learn! This group of seasoned gardeners experienced taste, flavors, balancing and pairing in a playful and memorable way!
