They said we were crazy.  They warned against us buying a boarded up biker bar in the middle of no where; but every day we are grateful we did not listen.  After years of re-zoning, permitting and renovation the seeds we planted are thriving.  

You see, our core belief is redemption.  

We believe that with love and intention even a raggedy old building left to rot can find a new and beautiful life.  

Just like our bodies.  It is never too late to redeem your health.  

You just have to take the first step and what you eat is a good place to start.
