About the event
This 5 part cooking class series will guide you through recipes and meals that help you reach your health goals in the new year. You will learn a variety of cooking techniques, as well as how to batch cook in order to save you time meal prepping. This class series is accessible to people of all cooking abilities, from those whom never chopped an onion to Top Chef level.
