About Lisa

What started as a restaurant job during a college break turned into a vibrant thirty-three-year journey into food, hospitality, sustainability, health and wellness that resulted in a deep respect for the connection between the producers, the makers and those being nourished by their hands.

She created The Real Food Studio to celebrate all those connections in a way that honors food as medicine while being delightful and delicious.

Every day, she cooks with love and the intention to feed your body in an authentic and nurturing way.
